We are looking for a senior engineer to own our mobile app end-to-end: architecture, performance, and the full stack from UI to native modules. You will work directly with the founders and shape the product that thousands of users rely on for their events.

What you will do

Lead the technical direction and architecture of the Pover mobile app (React Native).
Ship features from concept to release: UI, state, APIs, and native integrations where needed.
Work with design and backend to define APIs and ensure a great offline-first experience.
Own performance, stability, and app-store readiness (iOS & Android).
Mentor and pair with the rest of our engineering team.

What we are looking for

Strong experience with React Native in production apps (3+ years).
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and React patterns (hooks, state, performance).
Experience with native build tooling (Xcode, Android Studio), and optionally native modules or bridging.
Ability to work independently and drive decisions with clear communication.
Comfortable working within European time zones.

Nice to have

•Experience with photo/video handling, camera APIs, or media-heavy apps.
•Familiarity with Supabase or similar BaaS.
•Passion for consumer products, photography, or the event industry.
